Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar and Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando led the distribution of grocery packs under the PNP’s ‘BARANGAYanihan Help and Food Bank’ project to some 50 indigents in Malolos City on Tuesday. Eleazar and Fernando also led the signing of a pledge of commitment and support to government programs against criminality and terrorism during the oath-taking ceremony of the National Coalition of Lingkod Bayan Advocacy Groups and Force Multipliers at the Victory Church Building.
