EIGHT more villages in Maragusan, Davao de Oro were given a drug-cleared status by the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing (ROCBDC) on Monday, November 29. This brought the total number of drug-cleared villages in the province to 158 out of 237 villages. The ROCBDC concluded that these villages had satisfactorily complied with the required documents set by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. The eight villages were Bagong Silang, Langawisan, Mabugnao, New Albay, New Manay, Parasanon, Poblacion and Tandik.
