JOSE Manuel Mantecon de Jesus is the vice president for regulatory affairs of the International Container Terminal Services in a joint account under the names of Jose Manuel de Jesus and Maria Elena Esteban, his sister. He directly owns 198,812 common ICT shares, or 0.0073 percent, and indirectly holds 302,480 common ICT shares, for a total of 501,292 common ICT shares. Antonio Gabriel Coronel directly holds common ICT shares, or 0.0068 percent. ICT has 2,039,880,199 outstanding common shares, with P1 par value each, according to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).

Concrete Aggregates Corp. (CAC), according to its quarterly report, has 27,466,449 outstanding common shares. It has retained earnings, totaling P5,138,281 as of March 2022 (unaudited) from P22,138,817, which it had as of December 2021 (audited for the whole year).

The National Reinsurance Corp. of the Philippines (NRCP) has 2,123,605,600 outstanding common shares, which it values at P2,123,605,600. Its common shares are all listed on the PSE. NRCP has 13 directors. Wilfredo Media and Yvonne Yuchengco are the chairman and vice chairman of the board, respectively, according to the PSE.

A public ownership report (POR) states that NRCP’s directors directly hold 453,303 common shares and indirectly own 789,000 common shares, which is equivalent to 2,123,605,600 outstanding common shares.

Wellex Industries Inc. (WIN)’s 11 directors directly own 1,047,703,700 common shares, or 32.02 percent of 3,271,938,180 outstanding common shares. Three of the WIN’s eight, who directly owns 100 common WIN shares and board chairman, along with Sergio Ortiz-Luis Jr., hold nothing.

Ruben Torres is much luckier because as board chairman, he directly owns 100 common WIN shares, out of 3,271,938,180 outstanding common shares. The rest of WIN’s directors are Elvira Ting, 112.131 million common WIN shares; William Gatchalian, 835,000,100 common shares; Kenneth Gatchalian, 100,000,100 common shares; Lamberto Mercado, 200 common shares; Richard Ricardo, 460,000 common shares; Omar Guinomla, 100,000 common shares; Josias de la Cruz, 2,000 common shares; Aristeo Cruz, 10,000 common shares and Justice Renato Francisco, 100 common shares. As of April 12, 2022, WIN has two principal stockholders. Dee Hua Gatchalian and Sherwin Gatchalian hold 492,962,532 common shares, or 15.07 percent, and 317,750,100 common shares, or 9.71 percent of 3,271,938,180 outstanding common WIN shares. As public stockholders, they own 1,413,521,848 common shares, or 43.20 percent, which makes the public WIN’s majority stockholders or significant stockholders.

Altus Property Ventures Inc. (APVI) has seven directors, with Lance Gokongwei, who directly owns 13,950 common shares of 100 million outstanding common APVI shares. The other directors are Frederick Go, 17,086 common APVI shares; Faraday Go, Corazon Ang Lei, Maynard Ngu, Martin Dy Buncio and Jean Henri Lhulier, one common share each, for seven directors’ total of 31,041 common APVI shares.

JG Summit Holdings Inc. is one of two principal stockholders, with directly held 60,972,361 common shares, or 60.97 percent, and Robinsons Land Corp., with direct ownership of 6,106,359 common shares, or 6.10 percent, for a total of 67,078,720 common APVI shares, or 67.07 percent. The public holds 32,890,219 common shares, which is equivalent to 32.89 percent of 100 million outstanding common shares.

TKC Metals Corp. (T) has 940 million outstanding common shares. Ben Tiu, Ignacius F. Yenko, Prudencio Somera Jr., Vicente de Villa JR. and Kevin Koe are direct holders of T common shares. The other directors include Domingo Benitez Jr. and Kevin Koe as indirect holders of one common share each. The six directors directly hold for common T shares and two indirect common shares. Its T principal stockholder is Star Equities Inc., which holds 687,000,598 common shares, or 70.96 percent.
