As a demonstration of how resilient retail industry is, retailers and its allied industries will come together on August 11 to 12 at the SMX Convention Center for the biggest and grandest comeback of the event organized for retailers, of retailers and by retailers to embrace and welcome the new era of retail at the 28th National Retail Conference and Stores Asia Expo (NRCE). The biggest retail industry event in the country will be featuring the crème de la crème of retail as they provide new concepts and actionable strategies through various learning sessions that will help the business community to recover and fully adapt to the new retail ecosystem. Headlining the 28th NRCE roster of speakers is the mentor of the giants, Tom Oliver, as keynote speaker on the first day to deliver an eye-opening session on “Inspire, Innovate and Transform to a fearless future and retail with purpose.” President of Central Marketing Group – the international brand distributorship arm of Central Group, Thailand’s leading retail conglomerate – Edwin Hawson will capture the hearts in the retail community with his heartwarming presentation on “Soaring beyond borders” as keynote speaker on second day. Also joining is GS1 President Bobby Claudio, who will be presenting a progressive session on “2d in Retail: A new dimension in Barcodes”; ETP Group Chairman and CEO Naresh Ahuja will be delivering an important presentation on “The Journey to Amazing Customer Moments” and Chay Mondejar-Saputil, eCommerce and Retail Vertical Lead of Meta Philippines, will be introducing “Map to the Metaverse – A blueprint for Business.” The Manila Times is a media partner of this event.
