Okada Manila executive lounge opens October 5

DUE to the pandemic, the word “virtual” gained greater significance. Because of it, lockdowns did not deter productivity through the use of Zoom or Google Meet, which brought people together regardless of distance and geographical location as long as there was sufficient connectivity.

Now that health and safety protocols have eased, business owners and executives began catching up and traveling to personally meet with clients and stakeholders in Manila.

Offering comfort and reliability, Okada Manila has prepared to open its executive lounge on Oct. 5, 2022.

Located on the 19th floor of the Coral Wing of the resort hotel, the Okada Manila executive lounge would offer guests its amenities and services for a minimal fee on top of any type of accommodation booking. Guests could use any of the two computer pods from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on a first-come-first-served basis with all-day snack offerings of coffee, tea, juice, bread, fruit, sandwich and other delicacies.

The executive lounge would also offer two boardrooms that seat 12 persons each as well as many tables for small groups; all with a magnificent view of Manila Bay.

Breakfast would be served for those that have access from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., avoiding the crowd at Medley Buffet on the ground floor.

“The executive lounge offers exactly what the business traveler wants — from privacy to important meetups to all-day access to luxurious amenities for business and leisure,” Okada Manila Vice President of Sales and Marketing Cielo Ortega-Reboredo said.

Okada Manila received its Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award the third consecutive time this year. Its most spectacular attraction has been The Fountain, which reopened in July.
