Los Baños, where he recently joined the faculty of the College of Public Affairs and Development. He is a corporate finance practitioner who served in executive positions in investment banking and in government as a Director with the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Center of the Philippines. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society of the Philippines.
