IMUS CITY, Cavite: A suspect who had resisted arrest suffered gunshot wounds while he was being served a warrant of arrest on Wednesday, October 5, in Barangay Kayquit 3, Indang, Cavite. The suspect identified as Rodel Dongon Royo, 46 years old, native of Aroroy Masbate and resident of Barangay Kayquit 3, was brought to the hospital where he is undergoing treatment. Maj. Edward Cantano, Indang chief of police, said the Masbate Police Provincial Office coordinated with them in running after Royo who is wanted for two counts of murder. The suspect was hit in the leg, hand and buttocks during the serving of the arrest warrant.
