TESSA MAURICIO -ARRIOLA Viva.”

VIVA Communications Inc. just keeps outdoing itself with the upcoming launch of its second streaming platform come January 29.

Exactly two years after the launch of Vivamax, another steaming platform kicks off under the banner of VivaPrime. Accessible within Vivamax, VivaPrime will now house Viva Film’s vast collection of titles, which only keeps growing because the Father of Philippine Pop Culture — the legendary Vic del Rosario — never stopped and will never stop producing movies.

Even through the toughest of times, his passion to bring premium entertainment to Filipinos everwhere is alive as ever, and in the last two years only grew stronger when the pandemic relegated people to their homes.

To date, Vivamax has six million strong subscribers, a sizeable part of which is made up of both Filipinos and other nationalities across other parts of the world. It is also credited for launching the careers of Vivamax stars like AJ Raval, Angeli Khang, Ayanna Misola, Christine Bermas, Janelle Tee, Azi Acosta, Angela Morena, Ava Mendez and Frankie Russel just to name a few.

Lately established as a bold and risque streaming site, Viva Inc. thought it best to create VivaPrime so that the treasure TROVE OF CLASSIC FILIPINO fiLMS, TV shows, gameshows, concerts and documentaries won’t be lost amid the consistent programming of one new movie every week and one solid series weekly.

Officially introducing Viva’s second streaming app at a media event in Quezon City, siblings Vincent del Rosario (President and COO) and Valerie del Rosario (SVP for Content Creation and Development) humbly thanked the public for supporting Vivamax and hoped they will enjoy the the curation of titles between the two apps.

They assured existing subscribers Vivamax will continue to release the more racy content with the promise of the same one new movie and one series episode drop per week.

“It will be the same for VivaPrime where viewers will enjoy the ‘cinema experience,”. And I think ‘yung nagaing key driver sa subscription ng Vivamax dati na weekly new releases, magiging key driver din ngayon sa Viva Prime. Yon ang pag-FULfiLL ng commitment namin sa subscribers na hindi mababago,” Vincent related.

As proof, Vicent likewise revealed that Viva has lined up more than 70 new titles just for 2023 alone.

Best of all, Viva has locked subscription fees for both streaming apps at an all-time low of P49 (P90 if ad-free), thanks to the AVOD model.

In ending, Vivamax COO Ronan de Guzman enthused, “Vivamax generated almost a hundred million views. That’s about eight million views a month, about almost three hundred thousand a day. Ang pusong Pilipino, para sa Pilipino, ‘yon po ‘yong nagtatagumpay at sana po tangkilikin nila ‘yong mga obra ng
