Mayor Luis Ferrer 4th together with Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen visited the art gallery at the General Trias City Jail in Barangay Navarro, where the artworks of persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) are featured and on display. Apart from being part of their rehabilitation program, the creation of artworks serves as the livelihood project of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for the local PDLs. Ferrer encourages support for the artworks of the PDLs incarcerated at the city jail because these can help them with their financial needs and forms a part of changing their lives for the better.
