QUEZON CITY First District Rep. Juan Carlos “Arjo” Atayde has joined the Nacionalista Party (NP) and was sworn in by House Senior Deputy Majority Leader and NP member Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos 3rd last Thursday.

Atayde’s parents, actress Josette Campo Atayde (better known as Sylvia Sanchez) and businessman Arturo “Art” Atayde, were present at the oath-taking. Deputy Speaker Camille Villar-Genuino and Sen. Mark Villar, both NP members, were also present as witnesses.
