Thousands of volunteers join the yearly International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) in bay areas of Cavite, particularly in Sitio Bilaran, Barangay San Rafael IV, Noveleta, on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023. Presidential Proclamation 470 declares the third Sunday of September of each year as ICC Day in observance of the Global Coastal Cleanup celebrations. The cleanup is the largest volunteer effort for the ocean’s health.
