Cebu Pacific increases international flights

CEBU Pacific (CEB) continues its bid to restore flights to capacity as it announced it will be restoring flights to international destinations and increasing frequencies to those where service has resumed.

The carrier said it will increase its Manila to Bali route’s weekly frequency from five times to seven times while for its Manila-Dubai and Manila-Bangkok routes, the company added it will increase both flight frequencies from 10 times per week to 14 times per week with the Bangkok route starting on Oct. 30, 2022 and Dubai starting Oct. 31, 2022.

The airline’s Manila-Fukuoka and Manila-Hanoi routes will increase from three times per week to four times per week, with the Fukuoka route starting on Oct. 30, 2022.

The Manila-Kuala Lumpur and Manila-Ho ChiMinh routes will also have their flight frequencies increased as well from four times per week to seven times per week, which will also begin on Oct. 30, 2022, while its Manila-Jakarta route flights will also be added from two times per week to seven times per week starting also on Oct. 30, 2022.

CEB also said they will increase flight frequencies of their Manila-Hong Kong route from 21 times per week to 28 times per week starting Oct. 30, 2022, their Manila-Singapore flights from 14 times per week to 21 times per week starting on Oct. 8, 2022, their CebuSingapore route from three times per week to seven times per week, and their Manila-Taipei routes from two times per week to three times per week.

“We are happy to add more flights to international destinations as we see greater demand for leisure travel abroad, leading up to the holiday season. We also plan to reopen more flights as we anticipate other countries to ease restrictions soon,” CEB Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao said.
