AllBank, Skyro partner to boost QR PH P2M in the market
ALLBANK is expanding QR PH person-to-merchant (P2M) through its new collaboration with Skyro, one of the fast-growing financial technology companies that offer convenient financing solutions. AllBank and Skyro have officially sealed their partnership with a contract signing at the AllBank head office in Mandaluyong City last September.
AllBank will provide Skyro with QR PH capability, both sending and receiving payments to and from customers. This will also provide a convenient way of paying merchants across the country.
AllBank President Jesus Vicente Garcia says: “What is good about QR PH is its interoperability. This enables customers to make safe and secure payments using mobile applications of partner banks and e-wallets. As one of the first banks to launch QR PH P2M in the Philippines, AllBank believes that it will propel the country to move [toward] a cash-lite economy in the near future.”
Launched in the Philippines in 2022, Skyro has since broadened its operations, offering reliable digital consumer lending products to its rapidly expanding customer base in the Philippines.
Skyro’s game-changing point-of-sale loan promos — including the revolutionary “Piso down, own it now” and “Saan aabot ang P1,000 mo” offers — have created a buzz in the industry, redefining affordability for customers looking to upgrade their homes with the latest appliances.
Nasim Aliev, co-chief executive officer of Skyro, says: “The Skyro team works diligently every day to provide a DOSE (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphin) of happiness to our customers whenever they use our financial services. Accessibility, simplicity and flexibility — along with a great customer experience — serve as the key pillars supporting this goal. We firmly believe in the fruitful partnership of two technologically advanced organizations, uniting our forces to pave the way for ultimate customer satisfaction.”
