ALIW Awards Foundation Inc. President Alice H. Reyes has released the names of finalists for the 2023 Aliw Awards to be presented on Dec. 11, 2023, at the Manila Hotel Centennial Hall.

Nominees include:

Best Major Concert (Male): Piolo Pascual’s “Ultimate Night With Piolo,” Martin Nievera’s “Martin Nievera The Journey Continues,” Erik Santos’s “Erik Santos MilEStone: The 20th Anniversary Concert,” Ogie Alcasid’s “Ogieke,” and Gary Valenciano’s “Gary ReEnergized Manila.”

Best Major Concert (Female): Moira de la Torre’s “Moira 2023,” Regine Velasquez-Alcasid’s “Solo,” Odette Quesada’s “Odette Quesada All Hits, The 40th Anniversary Celebration,” Gigi de Lana’s “G Rules,” and Various Artists in “Anywhere We Sing Is Home.”

Best Collaboration in a Major Concert: Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo in “Sarah GX Bamboo,” Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta in “Dear Heart,” Kyla and JayR in “Back In Time The Reunion Concert,” Catriona Gray and Sam Milby in “Love and Beyond The CatSam Valentine Concert,” Kyla, Richard Poon and Sitti in “Music Of Love,” Tirso Cruz 3rd, Edgar Mortiz and Christopher de Leon in “Some Kind Of Valentine,” Eraserheads in “Huling El Bimbo,” and Ben and Ben.

Best Lead Actor in a Musical: Piolo Pascual in “Ibarra,” Gian Magdangal in “Carousel,” Anthony Rosaldo in “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” Gio Gahol in “Walang Aray,” Ricky Davao in “Silver Lining,” and Noel Comia in “Halimaw.”
