San Beda College Alabang School of Law honors 215 bar passers
THE San Beda College Alabang School of Law (SBCA SOL) celebrated the success of 215 graduates who passed the 2022 Bar Exams, the second-highest number of passers from a law school throughout the country.
In honor of their achievements, the Centralized Bar Operations organized a bonfire celebration, which began with a Thanksgiving Mass, followed by a testimonial ceremony that was both sentimentally remarkable and emotionally charged.
The bonfire ceremony concluded the day as members of the School of Law community expressed their Bedan pride.
The new Bedan lawyers who recently passed the Bar exams are described as being resilient, kind and understanding toward others. They are individuals who are not easily broken and who trust the process. They have emerged from trials and tribulations that make them extraordinary.
SBCA SOL Dean Dr. Ulpiano “Ulan” Sarmiento 3rd was the happiest and proudest as he instilled in every Bar taker a sense of confidence and resilience, teaching them to stand up for themselves and face challenges head-on.
With all his moving and fatherly messages, he became the source of unconditional love and support, always there to offer a listening ear or a comforting hug — a source of stability and comfort during selfdoubt, despair, and anxiety.
Dean Ulan as the “father lion” always looks after the success of his children and is the first one to ride the rollercoaster of emotions as he cheers on his lion cubs.
SBCA SOL passers deserve a grand welcome and victory party as they return to their alma mater with the title “Attorney” before their name.
All members of the Centralized Bar Operations worked tirelessly until the bonfire ceremony concluded.
