Upscaling the quality and delivery of public services to its constituents, the Parañaque City govenment, in partnership with Ayala Malls, has recently launched its ambitious joint project — the first-ever Express Lingkod Office (ELO) Serbisyo Center in Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Located at the fourth floor of the mall, the one-stop-shop service center is the first of its kind in the country, bringing under one roof both personal and business frontline services of the Parañaque City government. Through the ELO Serbisyo Center, residents can conveniently process their Covid-19 vaccination cards, senior citizen cards, civil registration certificates, business registration, business permits, mayor’s permits, community taxes and many more.
