Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon (sixth from right) lauds the Katarungan Village 1 Homeowners’ Association (KV1HOA) Office as a ‘Drug-Free Workplace’ after successfully meeting all requirements of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Office (Dapco). The association was able to comply with the Dapco’s push to eradicate the scourge of drugs in workplaces and communities across the city. Katarungan Village residents are mostly made up of employees of the Department of Justice which makes the drug-free designation quite important. Joining Biazon during the recognition ceremonies are KV1HOA President Enrico Turingan Jr.; Dapco officials led by Police Col. Florecito Ragudo and Julie Tarrayo; Badac coordinator Kagawad George Arciaga and Badac members; members of the Philippine National Police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency; Councilors Nemuel Soriano, Dondon Alon and Mekong Sapitula; and City Health Office head Dr. Juancho Bunyi.
