AS Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) reaches its 50th year of providing some of the best higher education in the Philippines, yet another significant milestone is expected to improve and shape the future of learning of its students in the coming years.

A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on May 26, 2023, attended by the institution’s administration heads, key stakeholders, project contractors, the college’s deans and department heads, and other esteemed guests.

Engineer Randy Tabadero, the civil/structural engineer of the project, emphasized the building’s functional and sustainable design during the groundbreaking ceremony.

“It will be built strong and will withstand the test of time,” he said.

A team of industry experts leads the construction project. These experts include arcchitect Charles Servida of Servida Design and Construction, Julius Vinson of Vintech Inc., Rodel Panghulan, and the contractor, Hammer Head Builders and Development Corp., headed by its president, Manuel Javines.

The new facility, Building 8, is scheduled for completion and operation by 2025. It is designed to meet the growing demands of the student population and provide a modern and innovative environment for students to enhance their educational experience and growth.
