A TOTAL of 15 newly promoted and commissioned reservist officers were recently honored with the presentation of their new ranks at the Agunod Hall of Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.

Maj. Gen. Elpidio Talja, commander of the Air Force Reserve Command, led the Donning of Ranks ceremony, along with Brig. Gen. Charito Plaza, 1st Air Force Wing commander; Col. Ritza Ann Jovellanos, 1st Air Reserve Center (ARCen) commanding officer; Capt. Jonard

Judan, 1st ARCen operations officer; and 1Lt. Ivan Martinez, 1st ARCen chief.

Medals and ribbons were also conferred on the 1st Air Force Wing Reserve represented by Wing Commander Brig. Gen. Plaza and 12th Air Force Group Reserve represented by its Deputy Group Commander Maj. Celerino Umandap.

Enlisted personnel were also recognized for their exemplary service and dedication and were represented by Sgt. Fatima Panontongan.
