Builders of a better world

WITH over a decade of experience in the local construction sector, Premium Megastructures Inc. (PMI) has successfully expanded its operations across the country, providing high-quality construction services from start to finish.

Located in the city where the company started, PMI proudly presents the Ormoc Megacity Ecotourism Development, owned by its real estate arm, Premiumlands Corp.

Ormoc Megacity Ecotourism Development covers a lot area of 10,913.69 square meters (sqm) and a total building floor area of 2,337.88 sqm. The building components include an open dampa (seafood hut)-style restaurant and four indoor restaurants.

The Ormoc Megacity Ecotourism Development highlights ecotourism through its mangrove boardwalk area, showcasing the natural beauty of the place. The project also offers ample space for parking and landscaping, ensuring the convenience and comfort of its guests. It is an excellent destination for ecotourists and nature lovers, seeking a unique and environmentally conscious dining experience.

In the heart of Barangay Bunawan, Davao City, Davao del Sur lies another luxurious residential and commercial development of PMI: the Seaview Premium Residences.

The Seaview Premium Residences cover a total lot area of 16,484.16 sqm with a residential area of 64.415.72 sqm and a commercial space of 5,078.08 sqm. It features three towers. Tower 1 consists of 600 units across 25 floors, tower 2 has 405 units across 15 floors and tower 3 has 260 units across 10 levels. The development offers world-class amenities and around-the-clock security.

PMI’s expertise extends beyond residential and private developments. It is set to build the Bataan Transshipment Hub in Mariveles, Bataan, slated to be the nation’s largest and busiest port facility in the Philippines.

The Bataan Transshipment Hub will be built on 258 hectares of reclaimed land within the Freeport Area of Bataan. This game-changing project’s strategic location, which is close to China, Japan and the Pacific Ocean, makes it a valuable asset for the country’s economic growth and development.

The construction company also takes pride in its Lapu-Lapu Expressway project, a significant infrastructure that aims to ease heavy traffic flow in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The project will span a distance of approximately 12 kilometers, connecting the MactanCebu International Airport to the Marcelo Fernan Bridge.

Additionally, the expressway will feature three interchanges in strategic areas of the city. Implementing the project will help improve the quality of life of the city’s residents and contribute to the growth and development of Lapu-Lapu City.

Antipolo, Rizal is also home to two ongoing projects of PMI, which are badminton and boxing centers. The badminton facility features eight badminton courts, providing ample space for players to practice and compete. It is a venue for players of all levels from beginners to professionals.

The boxing center, on the other hand, ensures a comfortable and conducive training environment for professional and amateur boxers, looking to hone their skills and improve their craft.

The Palanas Development project in Albuera, Leyte marks a significant milestone for the shipbuilding and dry docking industry in the Visayas region.

This project integrates marine airbag technology for dry-docking vessels, marking a departure from conventional practices. The Palanas Development project will substantially increase the shipyard’s capacity from 10,000 to 200,000 deadweight tonnage, covering a lot area of 258,261.60 sqm.

Moreover, the expansion will accommodate the production requirements of many industries through the Megaship Builders Inc.’s ship building and ship repair facility, the Concrete Stone Corp.’s precast factory and the PMI industrial plants.
