Karabella Dairy, a social enterprise that uses 100-percent carabao’s milk and natural ingredients in its products, launches a new line of its artisanal products in partnership with Destileria Limtuaco and Co., the oldest extant distillery in the country. The new flavors introduced were Amadeo (coffee liquor gelato), Very Old Captain (artisan crafted dark rum), Intramuros (liqueur de cacao gelato), Paradise (mango rum liqueur gelato) and Manille (liqueur de calamansi gelato).
